Manager markets

All markets, have the support of the person responsible for the management of markets, in order to work together with the merchants and feel always the proximity of the management company to resolve any problems and for the processing of any ideas that may arise in order to improve market functioning and management of the collection of the relevant fee.

The management will take place from the market itself, visiting each position and being in direct contact with the merchants, inquiring about their needs, demands, or any other matter relevant to each and since MARKETS TORRE PACHECO, we can solve.

Weekly posts will control the merchants, so that everything is according to the rules established in order to provide good service to our citizens, and avoid problems both with customers and among the merchants themselves.

Company Manager

Arrange for the collection of the receipt of fees by the rate to be issued semiannually on the first bill to be issued in the month of January and the second bill in the month of July. Proposed Standards for the operation of markets

  • The loss of the module in the market will decide the market management company, authorized by the City Council in the event of non-payment of the fee or any other situation covered by the Municipal and Law. Also, the unexcused absence for 5 consecutive weeks may result in the loss of the module in the market.
  • Modules vacancies are awarded by the management company as old and always controlling the conditions of the seller.
  • The seller will lose the module available to the management company if payment is not made within the deadlines.
  • Documentation required from the owner of the module must be in possession of it for the conduct of street vendinge.

Is mandatory and required at least annually:

a) 1  photo

b) D.N.I. Partner of the person concerned and if any. If the applicant is not an EU member, residence and work permit under current regulations.

c) The applicant shall sign a statement authorizing Responsible Company to verify compliance with the requirements of the RD 199/2010 of 26 February.

d) Certificates issued by both the Inland Revenue, proving to be registered under the relevant section of the IAE and familiar with the payment of the fee, or should be exempt, be registered in the census of taxpayers, and the General Treasury of Social Security to be aware of the Social Security contributions.

e) In the course of exercising the sale of food products:
– Food Handler Card and sanitary authorization issued by the Directorate General of Health.

f) The applicant must be aware of local tax obligations. Including payment of the fee to be established in the weekly market. Payment of the fee shall be credited depending on whether or not there is fractionation of the annual payment at the time of each payment.

  • Modules vacancies in the fruit and vegetable stalls will only be occupied by the same characteristics, food etc ….
  • The management company may change the venue from a vendor, in order to improve the market structure, provided a reasoned manner in writing and in coordination with the Department concerned.
  • The market is held in the agreed days and hours will be established and modified by decision of the management company or the City, always be notified 10 days in advance. We refer to cases where the market day is a holiday or for any other reason that is necessary to relocate or reschedule the weekly market.
  • Caring for the cleaning of the post holder will, cartons and bags packed, and the remains of fruit, shall be deposited in the containers.
  • The conflicts between vendors, will be studied carefully, can lead to loss of the module, if deemed appropriate.
  • Modules vacant for lack of attendance, will be filled by decision of the management company from 9 o’clock in the markets are held in the morning and after 17 hours in the markets are held in the evenings.
  • Payments are made semiannually and will be effective the months of January and July, by filing the documents requested by the management company. First Additional Provision of the Municipal Ordinance.
  • Market operators control the exposure of the card holder’s module, exposed in a conspicuous place.
  • Local police will take legal action against “street vendors” or illegal outposts, the management company undertakes to inform the police immediately all malpractice involving both public safety, security or health care occurring in public weekly markets.
